MasterClass with Dagn an expert in sauerkraut and kimchi making. During the MasterClass participans will make sauerkraut and three types of Kimchi, learn how to get started with fermenting at home and the best equipment to use. Fermented foods have been in existence for thousands of years, but only recently are we rediscovering these health-giving food and drinks in Western culture. The MasterClass will be a mixture of tips, talking and tasting a number of delicious sauerkraut and kimchi from Dagn products.

Included
Learning from an expert in fermenting, all raw materials for the processing of sauerkraut and kimchi, utensils, use of clothing (shirt), apron, chefs hat, utensils and appliances. Water, coffee and tea available. Alot of tasting from Dagn products.
Participants will take home;
